Postpartum Belly Binding & Womb Care
The postpartum body deserves intentional closing, grounding, and support. Traditional belly binding is a time-honored practice used across cultures to support abdominal healing, organ repositioning, core reconnection, and energetic integration after birth.
In the early weeks postpartum, your body is soft, open, and recalibrating. Belly binding provides gentle compression and stability that helps you feel physically supported while also creating a sense of containment and grounding during this tender transition. This work is both structural and ceremonial — supporting your muscles, your organs, and your emotional integration into motherhood.
Abdominal work focused on digestion, reduces any areas of tension, offer comfort, identify areas of support. We apply the wrap for 24-hours to keep the work administered, Sherry does follow up call to check in with client.
Scar tissue is created by stress, sexual experience encoutners, adhesions in your abdominal space, not just through medical procedures. 50-Minute Postpartum Binding Session - $175
