Pregnancy and birth are powerful transitions. When you feel informed, supported, and connected to your body, birth can unfold with greater confidence and trust. As your birth doula, I’m here to educate, prepare, and guide you through pregnancy, labor, and the early postpartum period.

Together, we explore your vision for birth and prepare your body and mind for the experience ahead. My care is collaborative and tailored to your needs, blending evidence-based education with intuitive and hands-on support so you feel grounded, empowered, and deeply supported.

My work as a birth and postpartum doula is grounded in years of study, mentorship, and hands-on experience supporting families since 2015. I’ve attended births across Los Angeles and trained with respected educators, midwives, and traditional healers in the U.S., Mexico, and India.

My certifications span childbirth education, postpartum care, Spinning Babies, maternal mental health, bodywork, and holistic healing. I approach this work as a lifelong student, continually deepening my understanding of birth and the transition into parenthood.

Bodywork & Recovery

Integrative Bodywork for Birth Preparation

Birth preparation is not only mental — it is physical and embodied. In addition to doula support, I offer pregnancy bodywork in Los Angeles to help align the pelvis, soften tension patterns, and prepare your nervous system for labor. These sessions support optimal fetal positioning, ease discomfort, and build embodied confidence as you move toward birth.

When your body feels aligned and supported, labor can unfold with greater flow and trust.

  • Optimal fetal positioning can significantly influence your birth experience. This session is targeted to create space in the body for both you and your baby, gently encouraging alignment without force or pressure. By restoring balance in the pelvis and softening tension patterns, we create conditions that may encourage your baby to move into a more optimal position — supporting a smoother labor and birth outcome.

    This calm, non-invasive, and deeply supportive session includes:

    • Pelvic alignment and sacral support

    • Ligament balancing, abdominal therapy with core reconnection

    • Movement therapy with gentle positoning
      awareness practices

    • Guided breathwork and nervous system regulation

  • Ideal for third trimester preparation, postpartum recovery, and ongoing structural support

    A restorative 90-minute integrative session designed for pregnancy or postpartum healing. Sessions may include:

    • Pelvic alignment and sacral support

    • Abdominal therapy with core reconnection

    • Scar tissue mobilization

    • Guided breathwork and Nervous system regulation

  • Personalized yoga support to help you feel strong, aligned, and calm as your body prepares for birth. Private, in-home sessions throughout Los Angeles tailored to your stage of pregnancy and your body’s daily needs. Prenatal yoga can ease discomfort, improve posture, reduce anxiety, and build embodied confidence as your body prepares for birth.

    Sessions may focus on:

    • Pelvic stability and alignment

    • Hip mobility and low back relief

    • Labor preparation movements

    • Core awareness and breath coordination

My doula practice is an extension of my life.

My doula practice is an extension of my life—shaped by years of listening, learning, and being in relationship with the families I serve. Influenced by my ancestors, teachers, midwives, and healers, my work is rooted in a global and deeply respectful lens of birth.

Before becoming a doula, I supported families as a nanny, preschool teacher, and educator. I’ve since trained with organizations such as ICEA, Birthing From Within, and Spinning Babies, and studied with traditional healers in Mexico and India. Today, I bring together my experience in childbirth education, postpartum support, breastfeeding guidance, yoga, nutrition, and holistic healing to support not just birth, but the people moving through this powerful transition into parenthood.
