POSTPARTUM DOULA CARE
My role as your postpartum doula IS TO Listen, help, soothe, show, educate, & do.
The weeks after birth are beautiful—but they can also feel overwhelming. Your body is healing, your baby is new, and your family is learning an entirely new rhythm together.
As your postpartum doula, I provide calm guidance and hands-on support so you don’t have to navigate these early weeks alone.
Every family is different, which is why postpartum care is personalized to your needs. Whether you need newborn guidance, emotional grounding, recovery support, or simply space to rest, my work is to help your family settle into parenthood with greater confidence and ease.
My approach blends practical newborn care, postpartum recovery support, and holistic healing practices so both parent and baby feel nurtured during this transition.

You deserve care that nurtures your whole self — not just your newborn.

Breastfeeding is one of the most nourishing gifts you can offer your baby — but it is also a learned skill that deserves compassionate, experienced support.
Gentle, trauma-informed lactation guidance can transform your feeding experience from stressful and overwhelming to steady and confident. Whether you are preparing for breastfeeding before birth or navigating challenges after your baby arrives, you do not have to figure it out alone.
In-person and virtual options available.
My POSTPARTUM doula practice is an extension of my life.
I’ve learned from years of observing others work and from deeply listening to the families I serve. My life experience, training, ancestors, and the midwives, teachers, and healers who have influenced me have cultivated a global lens of birth.
Before becoming a birth doula, I worked closely with families as a nanny, preschool teacher, and outdoor educator. Along the way I trained with organizations such as ICEA, Birthing From Within, and Spinning Babies, and studied with traditional healers in Mexico and India.
Today I bring together my experience in childbirth education, postpartum support, breastfeeding guidance, early childhood development, yoga, nutrition, and traditional healing practices to support families through one of life’s most transformative journeys.
My work is not just about supporting birth — it’s about supporting the people who bring new life into the world.
