POSTPARTUM DOULA CARE

My role as your postpartum doula IS TO Listen, help, soothe, show, educate, & do.

The weeks after birth are beautiful—but they can also feel overwhelming. Your body is healing, your baby is new, and your family is learning an entirely new rhythm together.

As your postpartum doula, I provide calm guidance and hands-on support so you don’t have to navigate these early weeks alone.

Every family is different, which is why postpartum care is personalized to your needs. Whether you need newborn guidance, emotional grounding, recovery support, or simply space to rest, my work is to help your family settle into parenthood with greater confidence and ease.

My approach blends practical newborn care, postpartum recovery support, and holistic healing practices so both parent and baby feel nurtured during this transition.

Doula Trainings & Certifications

Deeply Trained, Continually Learning

My work as a birth and postpartum doula is grounded in years of study, mentorship, and hands-on experience supporting families through pregnancy and birth. I have attended births across Los Angeles since 2015 and trained with respected educators, midwives, and traditional healers in the United States, Mexico, and India.

My certifications and continuing education span childbirth education, postpartum care, Spinning Babies techniques, maternal mental health, bodywork, traditional medicine, and holistic healing practices. I believe that supporting families well requires both knowledge and humility, so I remain a lifelong student—continually deepening my understanding of birth, the body, and the sacred transition into parenthood.

BODYWORK & RECOVERY

Postpartum Healing Support

The fourth trimester asks your body to heal while you care for your baby. Intentional postpartum bodywork helps restore strength, regulate your nervous system, and support long-term recovery.

These hands-on healing services support abdominal recovery, core reconnection, and emotional grounding during the early weeks after birth.

You deserve care that nurtures your whole self — not just your newborn.

VIEW BODYWORK OFFERINGS

  • Ideal for third trimester preparation, postpartum recovery, and ongoing structural support. A restorative 90-minute integrative session designed for pregnancy or postpartum healing.

    Sessions may include:

    • Pelvic alignment and sacral support

    • Abdominal therapy with core reconnection

    • Scar tissue mobilization

    • Guided breathwork and Nervous system regulation

  • A cesarean birth is major abdominal surgery. Intentional scar care is essential for long-term healing, mobility, and core recovery.

My cesarean scar remediation sessions are designed to reduce adhesions, restore sensation, and support abdominal integration after surgery.

    Each session includes:

    • 50-minute womb and abdominal massage

    • Scar tissue mobilization

  • Traditional belly binding is a time-honored practice used across cultures to support abdominal healing, organ repositioning, core reconnection, and energetic integration after birth.

A restorative in-home session focused on abdominal healing and womb support. Recommended within the first 6 weeks postpartum for optimal support, though beneficial beyond that window. Session experience includes:

    • Traditional postpartum belly binding

    • Abdominal and pelvic assessment

    • Gentle womb massage

    • Core awareness guidance

    In-person and virtual options available.

My POSTPARTUM doula practice is an extension of my life.

I’ve learned from years of observing others work and from deeply listening to the families I serve. My life experience, training, ancestors, and the midwives, teachers, and healers who have influenced me have cultivated a global lens of birth.

Before becoming a birth doula, I worked closely with families as a nanny, preschool teacher, and outdoor educator. Along the way I trained with organizations such as ICEA, Birthing From Within, and Spinning Babies, and studied with traditional healers in Mexico and India.

Today I bring together my experience in childbirth education, postpartum support, breastfeeding guidance, early childhood development, yoga, nutrition, and traditional healing practices to support families through one of life’s most transformative journeys.

My work is not just about supporting birth — it’s about supporting the people who bring new life into the world.
